REFUND POLICY
1. Overview
At Vonura™, we want every customer to have a clear and fair shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains when returns, refunds, replacements, and order issues may be accepted.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.
The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered, according to the carrier tracking information.

3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Because some of our products may be adhesive, body-contact, wellness, or personal-use items, opened, unsealed, worn, used, or handled products may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is caused by our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
If a return label is provided by us, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at guliysani6@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If we confirm the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, mailrooms, and the carrier.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at guliysani6@gmail.com and we will assist with a carrier investigation where possible.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If cancellation is not possible, you may request a return after delivery if the item meets the return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.

10. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order and request a return for the original item if it is eligible under this policy.
11. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or required by law:
- Opened or used personal-use products
- Unsealed adhesive or body-contact products
- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale
- Personalized or customized items
12. Refused Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may deduct shipping, handling, return, or restocking costs from any refund, where permitted by law.
If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.
