SHIPPING POLICY
1. Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how Vonura™ processes, ships, tracks, and handles delivery of orders placed through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below.
2. Shipping Destination
We currently ship orders to the United States.
If your shipping address is outside our supported delivery area, your order may not be accepted at checkout or may be cancelled and refunded.
3. Order Processing Time
Order processing time is one to two business days.
This means that after your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically require one to two business days to verify the order, prepare fulfillment, process the item with our supplier or fulfillment partner, and arrange shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
4. Shipping Time
Standard shipping time is eight to twenty business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
This means that, once your order leaves the fulfillment facility or supplier network, delivery generally takes eight to twenty business days.
Shipping time may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, order volume, customs or import processing where applicable, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our direct control.
5. Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is normally nine to twenty-two business days from the date the order is placed.
This estimate includes:
Processing time: one to two business days
Shipping time: eight to twenty business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Why Our Shipping Timeline Is Longer Than Express Shipping
Vonura™ works with supplier and fulfillment partners to provide access to selected products while keeping the purchasing experience simple and reliable.
At this time, our supplier and fulfillment network may not have consistent availability for faster shipping methods on every order or to every destination. Because of this, we use a standard shipping method that allows us to process and deliver orders reliably, even though it may take longer than express or domestic-only shipping options.
We disclose this timeline clearly so customers can make an informed purchase before checkout.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any available shipping promotions, discounts, or free shipping offers will be shown during checkout when applicable.
8. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the shipping confirmation email is sent. This is normal, especially while a package is being transferred between fulfillment facilities, carrier partners, or regional delivery networks.

9. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, supplier processing, high order volume, customs or import checks, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside our control.
If your order has not arrived after twenty business days from the shipping date, please contact us at guliysani6@gmail.com so we can review the tracking information and assist with an investigation.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Vonura™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at guliysani6@gmail.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has entered processing or shipment.
11. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a carrier attempts delivery and the package cannot be delivered, the customer may be responsible for arranging redelivery, pickup, or any additional carrier requirements.
If a package is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, non-collection, or an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
12. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost in transit, contact us at guliysani6@gmail.com.
We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
13. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, porch, building reception, mailroom, neighbors, household members, and local carrier office.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us at guliysani6@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.
Vonura™ is not responsible for packages that are correctly delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
14. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders delivered within the United States, applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
In rare cases where customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees, or local charges apply, those charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
15. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, supplier location, or fulfillment requirements.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
